Additional Client Bonuses

As a valued client of Gold Standard Equine Bodywork, your satisfaction, opinions, suggestions and feedback are of utmost importance.

  • All services come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  This means that if you are in any way unsatisfied with the services you recieve, you pay nothing.

  • For your horse's birthday, you will recieve a birthday card and a care package including useful items and a coupon for the next massage.

  • Regular clients will recieve access to Kerry Hitchner's extensive equine library through a book loan system.  Kerry has spent many years developing her library and it is full of extremely helpful information.  She would love to share this resource with you.  A complete list of books in the library is coming soon.

  • Regular clients will also have priority access to Kerry during times of medical emergencies.  Disclaimer: Massage is in no way a substitute for veterinary medicine and Kerry Hitchner does not diagnose or "cure" an illness.  However, massage can be extremely beneficial when used during certain conditions such as colic, tying up, or acute injuries while waiting for the vet to arrive.  At times, it can be several hours before a vet can arrive to treat your horse and during that waiting period, massage can help relax the horse and offer a non-invasive and drug-free method of pain releif.  If such a circumstance arises, Kerry will do her very best to come to your barn as soon as possible and assist you and your horse while waiting for the vet.

  • The day after a massage, Kerry will call you to find out how your horse is doing after his or her treatment.

  • Kerry will mail (or email, if you prefer) friendly reminders for the date and time of your horse's next appointment.

  • Kerry has done extensive research on equine psychology/behavior modification, hoof balance and saddle fitting.  She will happily discuss these (and any other equine topic), offer her opinions and suggestions and assist you in finding out more information.  She truly loves horses, wants the best for them, and will never stop learning so that they are the happiest and healthiest they can be!
